@VZWSupport Why is your data roaming rate in Canada 200 times the domestic rate? I understand charging a little more, but 200x is absurd.

@demarcmj Our international data rates are determined by an agreement with each roaming partner and priced competitively. ^AE

@VZWSupport Say what you want, but charging $2,099/GB when you're an hour away from the US is just ridiculous.

@VZWSupport Canada, where your website says the data rate is $2.05/MB, or $2,099.20/GB (1024MB in a GB)

@VZWSupport That's the same link you just sent me which says the data rate is $2.05/MB... 2.05/MB = $2,099.20/GB (1024 MB in a GB)

@demarcmj The rate of $2.05/mb is correct. We have some excellent global data plans starting as low as $30.00 per month for 50mb. ^JHK

@VZWSupport I'd hardly call that "excellent." 50MB might get me through 1 day (that's not even heavy usage). After that it's still $2,099/GB

@demarcmj I understand your frustration;however, the rates are determined by the local carrier in Canada.^LM
